Supplier Verification
We identify and verify potential suppliers. This includes IEC code checks, GST registration verification, export history review, and capability assessments to ensure they can meet your requirements.
Introduction & Handoff
We introduce you to pre-verified suppliers that match your needs. You receive their contact information, capabilities overview, and verification status. From here, you engage directly with them.
You Manage the Trade
You negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract directly with the supplier. You arrange sampling, quality control, payments, and logistics coordination. We remain available for advisory support.
Ongoing Advisory
Throughout your trade execution, you have access to our team for questions about documentation, trade terms, customs issues, or execution challenges. We provide guidance, not management.
End-to-End process
We manage the entire export from sourcing to shipment handover. You approve milestones and stay light-touch.
Define Requirements
You tell us exactly what you need: product specifications, quality standards, volume, budget constraints, and timeline. We confirm understanding and establish milestone approval points.
Sourcing & Verification
We find suppliers that match your requirements. We verify their credentials (IEC, GST, export history), assess production capability, and negotiate pricing and terms on your behalf. You approve the selected supplier.
Sampling & Contracting
We coordinate sample production and arrange delivery to you for approval. Once approved, we finalize commercial contracts with the supplier, structure payment terms, and initiate bulk production.
Production & Quality Control
We monitor production progress, coordinate pre-shipment inspections, and ensure quality standards are met before goods ship. You receive QC reports for final approval before we authorize shipment.
Documentation & Compliance
We prepare all export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. All paperwork is customs-ready and compliant with destination country requirements.
Logistics & Shipment
We coordinate freight forwarding, book shipment, track cargo throughout transit, and manage delivery to the agreed handover point. You receive tracking updates and shipment documentation.
Handover & Completion
Goods arrive at the agreed handover point (port, warehouse, or other location based on trade terms). We transfer all documentation and close out the trade. You receive final delivery confirmation and records.
